Personalised Programme
You will have access to a mobile app or printed programme once you have completed our onboarding process.
This programme will include:
- Exercises chosen to help you reach your goals.
- Videos explaining the technique for each exercise.
- Clear descriptions of exercises, repetitions and helpful cues to perform every movement correctly.
Free Taster
Once you enquire with us you will have the chance to book a free taster/consultation.
In your taster we will come to you and talk through your goals, lifestyle and any concerns you may have. It's also a chance to get to know you better, so we can shape everything around what suits you best.
There's absolutely no commitment beyond that first session — a chance to experience what we offer, ask any questions and decide whether we're the right fit for you.
Tailored Sessions
Your enjoyment of our sessions is our utmost focus — 45 minutes to take one more step closer to your goals.
Everyone's lives are different, so by coming to your home we can tailor every session to your season of life.
Whether your goal is keeping up with your grandchildren, managing a disability or simply feeling like yourself again after having children, we work together to make every session as beneficial as possible — mentally and physically.

Prices
Prices are dependent on your distance from Northwood Village Hall.

- 3-8 Miles(Newport, Carisbrooke, Porchfield, etc.)£119/Month
- 8+ Miles(Ryde, East Cowes, Shanklin, Freshwater, etc.)£135/Month
